So Much Potential

somuchpotential.org/
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Code the Dream. I was drawn to working with them on a website creation project because of the mentoring and skill-building side of their mission, and I would work with them again in a heartbeat due to the stellar professional services that I received. The website is brilliant, and the process of working with Alex was smooth, responsive, and efficient. She guided me skillfully through the key choices in the design process and used excellent judgment to come up with solutions. The final product is beautiful to view, easy to navigate, and full of great information. It exceeded my hopes and expectations, which I credit fully to Alex and Code the Dream.

"Developing the site with Code the Dream (Alex Rodriguez in particular) was great! It was my first time working to develop a site and they were very responsive and patient while working with me and our team. The site looks great, is being used frequently, and I'm able to make edits as they are needed, because of their training."

EFWM staff has really enjoyed working with Code the Dream on the development of the Vamos Outreach App. We appreciate the support and kindness of everyone involved. Since starting to use Vamos for our outreach visits to farmworkers in Eastern North Carolina, it has already increased the effectiveness of our outreach efforts. We will be using the web app to plan our outreach, and we use the mobile app to locate labor camps, track our visits and donations, and make notes about anything that needs attention. Thanks to the app our work is more efficient and productive.”

The development of this app was such an exciting process! It was fascinating to follow these murals from the beginning concept drawings done by the artists, Cornelio and Cecelia, to the unimaginable engagement Code the Dream has made possible through this app. I never could have anticipated how much fun it would be to watch the creative minds at Code the Dream bring people from the street into the galleries of the museum! Everyone involved was extremely mindful of the integrity of artists’ work and the underlying messages they were conveying. Congratulations to the team and huge thanks from the North Carolina Museum of Art for all their hard work! We love when our work reaches beyond the walls of our buildings and into the lives of people across the state. ”

Face Mask Warriors

facemaskwarriors.com/
We were so impressed with the website that Chris and Alex created for the Face Mask Warriors! In about 24 hours from our kick-off, we had a new look and feel to our website that aligned really well with our mission. It became a key resource for our members to find resources on how to donate masks and for front line workers to request masks for their organizations. They have been efficient at making new changes, like adding a map of facilities that need masks or volunteer sign-up forms. It has truly been a pleasure working with Code the Dream! "

I've been extremely impressed with the speed, cost, and quality with which they've built Upstate. They've also been very flexible and will pull in other developers to help when we need more development work.
