Kathryn Castelloes has over 30 years of experience in workforce development, partnership building, and employer engagement. For 15 of those years, she served as the State Apprenticeship Agency Director, where she provided strategic leadership, built statewide partnerships, and expanded apprenticeship opportunities across industries. In that role, Kathryn directed and implemented apprenticeship initiatives that strengthened employer pipelines and created pathways to long-term career success.
She currently serves as the North Carolina Outreach and Partnership Lead for Code The
Dream, where she works to connect learners, employers, and community partners to grow
equitable tech training and career opportunities.
