Greg Toledo joins Code the Dream as a Public Benefits Outreach and Partnerships Lead, bringing nearly twenty years of public service experience.
A Colorado native, Greg spent nearly a decade with Boulder County’s Department of Housing and Human Services, where he worked extensively in public assistance eligibility management, business operations, and systems support. After relocating to North Carolina in 2017, Greg spent the last eight years working for a nonprofit that administered federal grants supporting North Carolinians returning home from incarceration. In this role, he cultivated strong community partnerships to help returning citizens access training, education, supportive services, and employment—work focused on reducing recidivism and strengthening families and communities.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys singing off-key in the car, cheering on his two sons in athletics, and exploring the rich history, culture, and natural beauty of North Carolina with his family.
