CTD Labs Apprenticeships, given to promising developers from CTD’s intensive training program, are a crucial part of how Code the Dream is changing the face of tech. Our apprentices represent the diversity of experience that drives innovation — diversity lacking in the tech sector as a whole.
The CTD Labs Apprenticeship program works for our clients, who benefit from the diverse, unique perspectives our apprentices bring to bear. And our apprentices, working with our team of veteran developers, gain the experience they need to launch careers in tech.
CTD Labs Apprentices’ expertise and quality of work is demonstrated by the careers they go on to have. In 2022 and 2023, >90% of CTD apprentices started new jobs in tech – with starting salaries ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.
