Born in the multicultural city of Chicago, Ashley always had a passion for exploring cultures, world history, and varying ideologies. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Marketing Analytics, she worked in the tech and higher ed fields. She enjoyed both industries and desired to pursue her passion, which was making the world a better place through DEI. Code The Dream was the perfect place to do so alongside her phenomenal team. During her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and fueling her creativity by trying new hobbies.
